Anxiety And Self-Talk Read Aloud Activities - The Whatifs
Description
Do you students think about the worst case scenario? Use these anxiety and self-talk read aloud activities to help kids flip their negative what-ifs into positive what-ifs instead. This is a great coping skill for students who are worried about what could go wrong.
This resource is based on the book "The WhatIfs" by Emily Kilgore, however you do not need the book to complete the activities.
Bundle & Save: This resource is part of the Worry & Anxiety Activities Bundle and the Self-Regulation Read Aloud Bundle!
