Description
Teaching about mental health is important because it increases awareness, reduces the stigma, and gives kids the tools they need to manage their own mental health.
This no-prep lesson is a great way to help kids better understand mental health and how they can use self-care, coping skills and other strategies to take care of their minds!
The resource includes a scripted lesson with 2 short activities that were designed for upper elementary students. It is great for your individual, small group and classroom lessons.
