Emotional Regulation No-Prep Small Group Plan (Grades 6-8)

This emotional regulation small group counseling plan includes 6 no-prep lessons to help your students understand and manage their emotions. Kids will explore different emotions, learn to recognize how they are feeling, and develop positive coping strategies they can use to feel more calm.

This resource includes 6 NO-PREP sessions that include a detailed lesson plan with objectives, discussion points and activities. There are also family communication forms, assessments and 2 bonus activities!

• A self-assessment to be completed by the child
